First stop is on the vacation is Bandholm in Lolland, Denmark. To get a beer and watch the world cup semifinal it was necessery to drive to the closest village, Maribo. Now we sit with a beer and wait for the holland – Uruguay game to begin. Will most likelly need another beer soon 
Sun has finally come to Stockholm and a beer in the sun seamed like good idea. Now we just wait for my love to come out of the coffeure and be recognizeable . Swedish beer of the massproduced version, not the best one but ok as long as it’s cold. Tomorrow will be a good day, going out on the islands outside Stockholm with some friends, guy trip .
5 hour trainride to Magdeburg from Mainz, that’s boring and that it’s rainying like crazy is not helping in any way. I was sent on this urgent trip by my boss, decided this morning , hopefully I will be back in Mainz tomorrow evening. Today is already way to long, started at 4.30 this morning will arrive at 22.00 I hope.

It has been silence on the blog for a while, don’t know why actually. Did not have much to write of, I guess. But I was in Finland last week all the way up in Kuopio,it’s in middle of Finland and has numerous lakes around it, must be awesome for fishing fans. It a town with 90000 inhabitants and industry based in wood. On the way home I managed to catch the last flight from Helsinki before the vulcano ash close the airport , so lucky me. I managed to try some finish beer brands as well (of course), one good one is on the picture
So here we go, testing the supposed to be the best korean in town. I had something like a korean ‘pytt i panna’, tasted good. So maybe have to drag my American/Australian friends for a test if it’s even like Korean or if it’s just fake
Skiing in the alps is just the best, sun snow and party, what else can you ask for. Mr k in his duracell mode.
Now we have a weekend in funäsdalen in Swedish mountains, sun shines and tonight we got 10 Cm powder. what else can you ask for
Today I payed a visit to two of the big attraction here in Tucson, first a visit to the Tucson Air and space museum, they have over 500 planes from all over the world on display. So many different airplanes it exist, as I was in the Swedish air force for a while its quite interesting to see what they had here. some examples:
The Titan missile museum, is probably not so well known in Europe, but it a real cold war place. It is one of the intercontinental missile lounging places that was built in US to be able to hit targets in Soviet union. After soviet union disappearance in early 1990s these missile programs with nuclear weapons was canceled on both sides, and this was turned into a museum. Its an impressive size of the missile . The lounging ramp is all under ground, so you dont see much until you go the 55 steps down, then it becomes clear how massive this bombs was and that no one could ever win a nuclear war.
On the road again this time a quick decision on Friday afternoon to send me to Tucson in Arizona. Cheap flights are of course a must and I think I got it cheap for 750€, but the drawback was 2 stops Chicago and Denver. So it’s a loooong day. Did not know that today 1st if march was start of new rules to us, the ESTA permit is a must otherwise you don’t even get on the plane. Do they really think all this gonna help ??? And all these redicilous forms green, custom, ESTA ….
Yes we seams have come out of the snowy weather and see the sun again, yippee. Or are we in the eye of the storm ? At least this winter day is beatiful.
